An Austin man facing criminal sexual conduct charges after allegedly assaulting a 14-year-old girl at a party in September pleaded not guilty Thursday.

Alejandro Cisneros Morales, 24, will appear in court for a pre-trial hearing on March 26. His trial is then scheduled to begin April 5.

According to a criminal complaint, the incident was first brought to the police department’s attention in late December.
