Miriam Schneider

Miriam Faye Schneider, 47, of Adams, Minn., died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010, at her home.
She was born on Sept. 29, 1962 in Austin, to Harlan and Virginia (Wood) Rogne.  Miriam graduated from Southland High School in 1981. On Sept. 18, 1982, she married John Schneider at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Elkton, Minn.  Miriam worked at the Adams Health Care Center. In her spare time, Miriam liked to go to concerts, cook, bake, and take photographs. She enjoyed all animals, in particular the family pets. She also enjoyed collecting angels and traveling.  Miriam especially loved to spend time with friends and family.
Miriam is preceded in death by her parents, Harlan and Virginia Rogne, and her brother, Marshall Rogne.
She is survived by her husband, John Schneider, Adams, Minn.;  children,  Miranda Schneider, Woodbury, Minn., Travis Schneider, Bismarck, N.D., Alison Schneider, Rochester, Minn..; siblings, Robert and Nancy Rogne, Marietta, Ga., Bruce and Deb Rogne, Rochester, Minn., James and Dianne Rogne, Austin, Dennis and Joyce Rogne, Cresco, Iowa, Barry and Pat Rogne, Northfield, Minn., Dixie and Glen Rose, Adams, Minn., Ray Rogne, Austin; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010 at Church of Christ with Pastor David DeFor officiating. Interment will be at Little Cedar Lutheran Cemetery, Adams, Minn. Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home and for one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.
