Juelene Moore

Juelene M. Moore “Julie” age 64 of Brownsdale, Minn. died Friday Jan. 29, 2010 at the Austin Medical Center, after a long battle with COPD.
She was born Oct. 27, 1945 in International Falls, Minn. to Spencer and Ruth Ames. The family then relocated to the Rochester area where she attended elementary school. She then moved to Eyota where she attended middle and high school. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Julie and Don where married on June 6, 1981 in Sargeant, Minn. where they lived and raised their family together until 1998 when they moved to Brownsdale, Minn.
Julie enjoyed camping, bonfires, playing cards with her husband and children, Sunday family rides, garage saling, eagle watching, canoeing, and karaoke with her best friend Margie.
She is survived by her husband: Don Moore, Brownsdale, Minn.; children: Timothy Yeadon, Northfield, Minn., Kevin Yeadon, Rochester, Minn.; Marie Moore, Brownsdale, Minn., Donnie Moore, Brownsdale, Minn.; two step daughters: Donna Moore, Rochester, Minn., Charmaine Moore, Oklahoma; 14 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, brother: Bill (Mary) Petroff, Red Wing, Minn.; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter Summer.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Kraig Elliott officiating. Visitation will be at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. and on Tuesday for one hour before the service.
