Huskies top Austin girls

The Austin girls basketball lost to Owatonna 49-32 in Austin Friday night.
The Huskies jumped out to a 10-0 lead to open the game and they led 31-13 at the break.
Austin (2-12 overall, 1-7 Big Nine) pulled to within 21-13 early in the first half but Owatonna scored the next 10 points before the break.
“We played OK at times but we’ve couldn’t get stops when we needed them,” Austin head coach Gary Peterson said.
