Austin resident wins $10,000 on Powerball

Julie Stephenson of Austin won $10,000 in the Minnesota Lottery’s Powerball game, lottery officials announced.
Stephenson claimed the prize on Jan. 15, and the winning ticket was purchased at Austin’s Shopko location.
