Lieutenant Commander William J. Price, 65, of Austin, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009, at his home. 
He is survived by his sons, Daniel (Kelly) Price and Jason (Amber) Price, and by grandchildren, Katherine, Ethan, and Aubrey. 
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Katherine. 
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010, at 10 a.m. at St. Edward’s Catholic Church in Austin.
