Mariann A. Mullenbach, 89, of Adams died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009 at the Adams Health Care Center in Adams, Minn.
She was born Oct. 29, 1920 in Johnsburg, Minn. to Matthew and Mary (Kramer) Mullenbach. She made her home on the Mullenbach family farm near Johnsburg until moving to Adams where she resided until her death. Mariann enjoyed going to the Adams Day Activity Center in earlier years, where she would do numerous jobs and activities. She also worked for the Adams Health Care Center for several years.
Mariann is survived by her sister, Ida Winkels, Rochester, Minn.; sister-in-law: Marcella Mullenbach, Austin; and her nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Father John Traufler officiating. Interment will be in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Johnsburg. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday for one hour before the service. The Adams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Music will be by St. John’s Music Ministry.
Memorials are preferred to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
