The delivery of the Wednesday, Dec. 9 Austin Daily Herald will be delayed because of winter storm conditions. Herald staff is hoping subscribers in Austin will see their paper delivered later today, while subscribers outside of Austin will receive both Wednesday and Thursday’s paper on Thursday.
