Bryan Lyle Musolf, 51, died on Dec. 17, 2009, at his home in Waltham, Minn.
Bryan Lyle Musolf was born on May 20, 1958, the son of Gerald and Velda (Johnson) Musolf in Owatonna, Minn. He attended schools in Claremont and Kasson, Minn. Bryan was united in marriage to Lisa Ehmke on April 15, 1989. He worked at McNeilus MTM as a welder and later at Welsh Equipment. He enjoyed working on cars, working on his stove, fishing, boating and his dogs.
Bryan is survived by his wife, Lisa Musolf, Waltham, Minn.; sons, Shawn (Rachel Dessner) Hofschulte, Elgin, Minn., Joshua Laqua;  daughters, Brandy Laqua, Mariah Musolf, and Clarissa Musolf, both of Waltham, Minn.; step-sons, Paul Butteris, Waltham, Minn., Drew (Jenny Grabinger) Butteris, Hayfield, Minn.; mother, Velda Musolf, Mantorville, Minn.; three brothers, Keith (Lynn) Musolf, Racine Wis.; Robin (Suzanne) Musolf, Kasson, Minn.; Kim Musolf, Mantorville, Minn.; one sister, Veronica (Ernie) Kirkpatrick, Dexter, Minn.;  nieces, nephews and three grandchildren. 
He was preceded in death by his father, one brother, Jerry, Jr., nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Bryan Lyle Musolf will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009 at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church in rural Waltham, Minn. with Reverend Phil Shaw officiating.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, 2009, at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home at 501 Second St. NW, Hayfield, and one hour before the service at the church on Tuesday.
