Haley Jean LaVelle, infant daughter of Michael LaVelle and Kristal Cimmiyotti, of Austin, was born Oct. 28, 2009 at the Austin Medical Center.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Olivia LaVelle, Austin; grandparents, Stan and Carol Cimmiyotti of Sargeant, John LaVelle, Austin, Marie LaVelle, Ariz.; great-grandmother, Dorothy Heimer, Sargeant; aunts and uncles include, Kelli Cimmiyotti and Robert Crabtree, Sargeant, Jennifer and DJ Creswell, Ariz., Michelle Engleman, Iowa, Kevin and Pam Cimmiyotti, Calif.

Private services are being planned.
