Jeannette Drucker, 91
Jeannette Drucker, age 91 of Portland, Texas, formerly of Austin, died on Aug. 12, 2009 at her son’s home in Portland, Texas. 
She was born Oct. 15, 1917 to William and Henriette Vandebrake. She married Joseph Cerny in 1938. They later divorced. Jeannette owned and operated a restaurant in Minnesota. When she married John Drucker, the family built a meat locker which they operated in Bloomington, Wis. She loved sewing and doing crafts of any kind.
Jeannette is survived by sons, Adrian (Kris) Cerny, Portland, Texas, Robert (Diane) Cerny, Monticello, Iowa; daughters, Janice Njos, Poplar Grove, Ill., Kay (Richard) Kanzenbach, Wells, Minn., Carol Hester-Cerny of Bellflower, Calif.; stepdaughter, Ann Newman, Austin; 22 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, John; ex-husband, Joseph; son, Steven; daughter, Joann; granddaughter, Jolene and a grandson, Stevie.
A Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009 at Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin with the Reverend Dale Christiansen officiating. Visitation is one hour prior to the service. Interment is at Lansing Cemetery.
