The first CHAI Planning Committee meeting for the school year is Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Austin High School Media Center (library). The Main Entrance (east flagpole side of the building) will be open. These meetings generally run for one hour. All interested parents and community members are invited to attend.

The CHAI Planning committee is a group of parents, school staff and community partners who support AHS students in the planning of events and activities with a focus on reducing chemical and alcohol use.

This group also serves as the advisory committee for CHAI at AHS and its other programs and initiatives including Link Crew, Class Action Curriculum and media efforts.

This committee is open to all parents interested in knowing more about CHAI and being involved in the planning of the program.
