The City of Austin will be spraying for mosquitoes Wednesday from 9 p.m. throughout the night.

“The chemical will not affect humans, animals or plants,” engineering secretary Carol Tuchek said.

The spraying will kill adult mosquitoes, and will only be held with weather permitting.
