Alberta J Soli, 89
Alberta J Soli, 89, of Lincoln, died on July 17, 2009 at the home of her niece, Kimbra Underdahl, in Lincoln, Neb.
She was born May 6, 1920 in Preston, Minn. to Lon and Eva (Inglebret) Nagle. She attended Preston High School. Following high school she and her brother Donald, with two friends, had a dance band that played for local events. After working a short time in Minneapolis she moved to Austin, and was employed until retirement, 36 years, for the George A. Hormel Co. in the Dairy Pack department. She married Emmet Soli in August of 1946 and they made their home in Austin. Alberta enjoyed her home, gardening, family and friends. She and Emmet were charter members of Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Austin.
Alberta is survived by her brother, Donald, Austin; sister, Bernice Underdahl, Lincoln, Neb.; nieces, Kimbra Underdahl, Lincoln; Barbara Carney, Mesa, Ariz.; nephew, Lon Nagle, Austin.
Alberta was preceded in death by her husband, Emmet; her parents and nephew, Bruce Nagle.
 Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church with the Reverend Karen Behling Officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Austin. Visitation will be at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary on Tuesday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and for one hour before the service at the church on Wednesday. Memorials are suggested to Our Saviors Lutheran Church or the Austin Humane Society.
