Betty Jo Oswald, 42
Betty Jo Oswald, 42, of Brownsdale, died on June 5, 2009 at Fieldcrest Care Center in Hayfield.
Betty was born May 6, 1967 in Austin. She married Matt Oswald on Oct. 2, 1987 and spent time together until May 2006. Betty worked as a Hy-Vee kitchen aide. She loved her Harley Davidson motorcycle and riding it. She loved her children and pets and spending time with friends and family.
Survivors include her children, Denae Oswald (Scott Fitzgerald), South St. Paul, Dexter Oswald, Madison Lake, Laine Oswald, Brownsdale, Leah Oswald, Brownsdale, Mason Oswald, Brownsdale; pet cat, Smokey; siblings, Toni (Kenny) Burbank, Imboden, Ark., Brian Goviera, Brownsdale, Bonnie (James) Becvar, Hayfield, Brandie Klingfus, Austin, Amber Klingfus, Northwood, Iowa.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Viola Klingfus; brother, Scott Freese; grandparents, Nellie Swenson, Carl Swenson.
    Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hayfield with the Reverend Paul Hauschild officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at Mayer Funeral Home and also 1/2 hour before the service at the church on Wednesday. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
The casket bearers will be Mike Leeper, Toni Burbank, Brian Goviera, Denae Oswald, Dexter Oswald, Laine Oswald, Leah Oswald and Mason Oswald.
