Austin grad honored at Northwestern

John Duren, a graduate of Austin, was named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches Honor Court recently.
Duren, who graduated from Northwestern College in St. Paul in May, averaged 7.1 points and 4.8 rebounds per game for the Eagles this past season.
NABC Honor Court nominees must have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
