Robert G. Grimm, 62
Robert G. Grimm, 62, of Hopkins, Minn., died suddenly at his residence on April 28.
Robert was born Sept. 13, 1946 in Austin to George and Avis Winjim Grimm. He attended school in Austin and graduated from Austin Pacelli High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1969. He married Debra Herrera in Sept. of 1983. Debra preceded him in death in 2000. Robert was employed by Medtronic, INC. as the Creative Director of the Neurological Products department. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Hopkins.
Survivors include his three children, Alex, Jacob and Hanna, all of Hopkins; siblings, Pat (Jim) Kenyon, Oronoco, Minn., Gerald (Joan) Grimm, Morrison, Ill., and Bonnie (Bobby) Larson, Omaha, Neb.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, George and Avis Grimm. 
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 4, at The Church of St. Joseph, in Hopkins. Interment will be at Grandview Park Cemetery, Hopkins. Visitation will be Sunday, May 3, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Gearty-Delmore Park Chapel, 3960 Wooddale Ave. S., St. Louis Park, Minn. Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
