Lyle/Pacelli had its season come to an end in an 18-4 to Kenyon/Wanamingo in an elimination game Thursday at Riverland.

The No. 6 seeded Athletics (7-10 overall) took a 2-1 lead in the second inning, but No. 7 K/W (4-17 overall) responded by scoring five in the third inning and the Knights never looked back.

“Brady (Stier) struggled a little bit with control on the mound and it kind of steamrolled from there,” L/P head coach Steve Baumann said.
