Tough economic times offer opportunities to move your business and organization forward, and not only survive but thrive in the years ahead.
That’s the key message Joe Constance will bring to a one-half day workshop, “7 Keys to Surviving & Thriving,” from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, June 5 in the Town Center Conference Room.
Hosted by the Chamber, Constance’s workshop is designed for owners, managers and key employees with responsibility and authority to make key changes to move their business forward.
The workshop will cover seven key areas, including:
Managing Yourself (it all starts here)
Solving Problems as a team and thinking creatively
Cutting expenses (and important ones not to cut, e.g. the Chamber)
Increasing revenues and net income
Building and strengthening relations with key partners
Customer service essential, and
Developing your individual plan to make needed changes to move your company forward.
Constance has presented to Chamber members before. His “Customer Service Eagles” seminar last fall was sold out and received outstanding reviews from all participants. His programs are very participation-oriented, and deliver ideas that are directly applicable to your business.

The rate for non-members is $69 per person through Friday; $79 after Friday. To register call the Chamber at 437-4561.
