Friday’s temps set record

Temperatures in Austin today broke the record high of 84 degrees.
According to unofficial records from KAAL-TV meteorologist Rusty Dawkins, the record high for today is 84, set in 1994. As of 3:30 p.m. today, the temperature has reached 90.
