Two Austin gymnasts competed in the Class ‘A’ state gymnastics meet at the University of Minnesota Sports Pavilion Friday.
Seventh grader Sela Fadness took 30th in all-around competition, and 31st in individual vault competition, and junior Sabrina Snater finished 26th in floor exercise and 31st in the bars.
“The girls had a good day, not a great day we definitely did not hit every routine the way would have liked to but we knew that going up to the state tournament for the first time would be a learning experience for everyone,” Austin head coach Mark Raymond said.
