Lucille Kughn, 92
Lucille Kughn, 92, of rural Austin, died on Feb. 20, 2009 at the home of her granddaughter and grandson, Cindy Lou and Scott Jasmin.
Lucille Mallory was born Aug. 11, 1916 in St. Joseph, Mo. to Louie and Jennie (Perman) Mallory. Lucille married Vernon Davin on Nov. 2, 1935. Vernon passed away Aug. 28, 1945. On Oct. 2, 1948 Lucille married Edward Kughn in Bemidji. Edward passed away on Feb. 27, 2000. Lucille liked to fish, was a great cook and housekeeper, and loved to read.
She is survived by daughter, Jenny Lou (Rick) Hall, Austin; son, Gary (Paula) Davin, Sparks, Nev.; two grandchildren, Cindy Lou (Scott) Jasmin, Austin, Michael Richard (Melissa) Hall, Austin; five grandchildren, sister-in-law, Joyce Mallory, Austin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, two sons, two brothers and a nephew.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Worlein Funeral Home of Austin is in charge of arrangements for the family.
