The Awesome Blossom boys hoop squad grabs another conference win as they traveled to Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton to win 72-54. 

Matt Zellmer, Israel Clark and Cooper Nelson got busy putting up points in double figures Tuesday night with Austin Moe and Josh Toquam close behind with eight points each as well as having four more Blossom players doing their part with points as the Blossoms have now put up 70 or more points in 10 games this season.

As Coach Jon Bruns prepares his team for the final lap of games he feels that there is still work to be done if they are to have success in the play-offs.

“It wasn’t the prettiest win tonight,” Bruns said. “We sent J-W-P to the foul line 40 times tonight and had one of our players foul out.”

The Awesome Blossoms (16-3 overall, 10-2 Gopher Conference) play at home on Friday night at 7:30 against another conference opponent as they meet Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (13-8 overall, 9-4 Gopher Conference).
