Charles C. MacLachlan, 54
Charles C. MacLachlan, 54, of Alma, Ark. died unexpectedly on Dec. 31, 2008.
Charles was born on April 28, 1954 in Austin to Charles and Lois (Barker) MacLachlan. He attended school at Queen of Angels and Rose Creek. Charles loved motorcycling, boating and visiting with many friends. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, son and friend to many. He was dedicated to the transportation industry for 40 years.
He is survived by two sons, Jeremy (Cindy) Young, Roland, Okla. and Joshua (Jessica) MacLachlan, Alma Ark.; four grandchildren, Emily Young, Taylor MacLachlan, Blake Gierke and Caleb Gierke; two sisters, Bobbie (Howard) Greenlee, Rose Creek, and Charlene (Steve) Burton, Walker, Minn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. MacLachlan; mother, Lois M. (Barker) MacLachlan; brother, Denny MacLachlan; two nephews, Chris Greenlee and Jesse Burton.
His body will be cremated per his wishes. A memorial will be held at a later date.
