Austin’s snow ordinance was lifted as of 3:15 p.m. today.

The snow ordinance means that calendar parking is in effect — cars must be parked on even sides of the street on even days and on the odd side of the street on odd days.

The ordinance is in effect for 24 hours, from 8 a.m. to 8 a.m.

Failure to follow the ordinance could result in the towing of the vehicle.
