Diana M. Chrz, 59, of Prior Lake passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Dec. 28, 2008 after a courageous three year battle with ovarian cancer.
She was born to James and Betty Johnson on June 28, 1949.
She is survived by her loving husband, Eugene; daughter, Jill (Michael) Culver; son, Tom (Ange) Chrz; father, James D. Johnson; mother-in-law, Josephine Chrz; loving nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009 at Cross of Peace Church in Shakopee, Minn. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery in Apple Valley, Minn. Memorials are preferred to the MOCA, 4604 Chicago Ave. S, Minneapolis, MN 55047.
