The Mower County Senior Center will host a respiratory health and flu shot clinic Wednesday.

Heartland Health will be giving the influenza vaccine. The cost is $25 cash or check.

Valid Medicare or Medical Assistance cards will also be accepted.

Austin Medical Center will sponsor two speakers on respiratory health at 2:15 and 2:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Todd Reichenberger will speak on sleep apnea, and Deb Skare will speak on tobacco cessation.

The flu shots will be administered from 2 to 5 p.m.

The events are co-sponsored by AMC, Mower County Seniors, Inc., Mower County Senior Services Advisory Council and UCare Minnesota.
