An account has been established at Accentra Credit Union for Heath C. Greenlee, who was seriously injured in a fall from a tree-trimming boom truck’s bucket early this week.

Jenna Holets has established the account to accept donations on behalf of Greenlee to help defray medical and other expenses during his hospitalization and recovery.

Greenlee was injured Tuesday morning, when he fell 40 feet from the bucket atop a tree-trimming truck’s boon extension.

According to an Austin Police Department report, Greenlee, 32, of Austin, fell head-first to the ground striking the truck on the way to the lawn of a private residence.

The fall occurred in the 800 block of 13th Avenue Southwest.

A Gold Cross Ambulance Service crew rushed the victim to Austin Medical Center where he was stabilized before being airlifted to St. Marys Hospital, Rochester, where he is being treated for his injuries.

Holets said Greenlee and a female partner have a 17-month-old son at home.

The girlfriend has been at his bedside since the mishap occurred.

The account at Accentra Credit Union is under “Jenna Holets in care of Heath Greenlee.”
