Ramona K. Orlowski, 81
Ramona K. Orlowski, 81, of Owatonna died on Aug. 23, 2008 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, Minn.
Ramona was born on Feb. 20, 1927 in Canby Minn., to Nicholas and Rose (Hoffman) Frank. She graduated from Canby High School in 1944 and attended St. Teresa College in Winona, Minn. Ramona married Eugene Orlowski on Oct. 25, 1948.
She is survived by sons, Mark, Ft. Collins, Colo., M. Brian (Kris), Owatonna; daughters, Laurie (Terry) Kruckeberg, Marcia Prestegard also of Owatonna, Barbara (David) Olsen, Austin; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Madonna Manasco, Portland, Ore. and Veronica Balfe, Beaverton, Ore.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; son, Stephen, granddaughter, Katie; her parents; brothers Florian and Cyril.
A funeral Mass is set for Thursday Aug. 28, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Owatonna, Minn. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday Aug. 27, 2008 from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Brick – Meger Funeral Home in Owatonna. There will be a 4 p.m. parish rosary at the funeral home on Wednesday. The visitation will continue one hour before the funeral liturgy at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Thursday. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Owatonna.
