What is wrong with a person who is cruel enough to shoot a hunting arrow through a defenseless cat? Think of the suffering it produces and how it must hurt the person who loves and cares for the pet. In Proverbs 12:10, it says,” A good man is kind to his animals.” It is too bad there are those who aren’t kind. If you see an animal being mistreated, don’t hesitate to report it to the police. They are always willing to help.
