Due to a lack of light, the Austin Post 91 Legion baseball team had to settle for a 6-6 tie in eight innings at Kasson Thursday night.
Post 91 threw four different pitchers on the night. Mark Harber went three and two thirds, while allowing four hits, two walks, and one earned run, while striking out five; Adam Hemann threw one and two thirds innings while allowing a hit, two walks and two runs; John Kirby allowed three runs in one inning; and Duell Higbe pitched two innings, allowing one hit and striking out two.
At the plate, Kirby was 4-of-4 with a double, Higbe was 2-of-4 with a double, Harber was 2-of-5, Steven Rizzi was 2-of-3, and Andrew Orcutt and Sam Stier each doubled.
