Phyllis Baudoin

Phyllis Phoebe Baudoin, 92, died on June 8, 2008, at Prairie Manor Care Center in Blooming Prairie, Minn.
Phyllis was born on Feb. 15, 1916, in Dodge Center, Minn., the daughter of John Earl and Phoebe (Burton) Cartwright. She graduated from Dodge Center High School and attended Secretarial School in Minneapolis. Phyllis was united in marriage to Edward Baudoin on Oct. 26, 1935, in Blooming Prairie. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member of the Hayfield Senior Citizen Center and served as treasurer for over 30 years. She loved to travel, and also enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing cards and going to Treasure Island, but most of all she loved her family.
Phyllis is survived by three sons, Philip (Kay) Baudoin, Dodge Center, Minn., David (Elaine) Baudoin, Hastings, Minn., Steven (Neira) Baudoin, Inver Grove Heights, Minn.; daughter, Patricia (Bob) Wolfe, Austin; 12 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Clifford Cartwright; three sisters, Joy Chambers, June Viste and Lois Loutzenhiser.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hayfield, MN with Reverend Richard Dernek celebrating. Inurnment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Hayfield, MN. Czaplewski Family Funeral Home in Hayfield is in charge of arrangements.
