The Southland baseball team (15-2 overall) showed some patience at the plate in a 14-4 six-inning win over Dover/Eyota (8-11 overall).

While they got just six hits in the win, Rebel hitters drew 13 walks from D/E starter Caleb Tesmer.

“We were really patient at the plate tonight,” Southland head coach Scott Retterath said. “We didn’t get a lot of hits, but we got them when we needed them.”
