New Year’s Eve revelers at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Lyle take turns ringing the church’s bell by hand at the stroke of midnight Sunday, following an evening of family activities at the church and nearby Lyle High School. According to the Rev. Barbara Finley-Shea, this is the second year the bell ringing has been a part of New Year’s Eve activities at the church.v
