A little bit of drizzle and a whole lot of inspiration was not enough to push the Austin boys' tennis team to its second win of the season, as visiting John Marshall topped the Packers 4-2 in a rain-shortened Big Nine Conference dual Thursday at newly dedicated Paulson Courts.

Dolan Wagner earned Austin's only individual victory, winning an 8-3 set at No. 3 singles against Evan Enquist. The Packer doubles duo of Jack Lynch and Kyler Green won an 8-2 set at No. 2 for Austin's only other win.

The third doubles match, with David Binder and Thad Vandertie, was rained out.
