Southland High School junior Adam Landherr got his 150th career win on Thursday night when he wrestled his way to an 8-3 decision over Caledonia/ Houston/Spring Grove's Kasey Meiners in the 152- pounds match.

Landherr grappled his way to his 100th career win last season on his way to a state championship. He was one of two Southland matmen to secure Section 1A championships last year -- the first time in Southland's wrestling history such an event occured.

Landherr, who is ranked third in the state at 152 in Class A, will be defending his title as Three Rivers Conference champion and will be looking for another state appearance in March.
