Missy Glenna scored 18 points and Jessie Rasmussen added 11 as the Mabel-Canton girls' basketball team hosted Lyle/Pacelli to a 47-27 Southeast Conference loss Thursday night.

L/P dropped to 0-5 overall and 0-3 in the SEC despite a team-high 11 points from Anna Hebrink.

The winless Lyle/Pacelli girls play Saturday at Pacelli High School against Blooming Prairie (2-2), who was idle Thursday night.

Around the SEC, Houston earned its first league win with a 35-31 victory over visiting Grand Meadow. The Larks (1-4, 1-2) play host to Glenville-Emmons (2-4, 2-1) Tuesday.
