The Salvation Army still needs your help.

Whether it comes to bell ringing or helping bring meals to those less fortunate during this holiday season, the local charitable group that helps many area residents is still searching for volunteers, especially during the next few weeks.

You can help by either volunteering, or by giving to local projects like the Angel/Caring Tree and the group's second consecutive Homeless For a Day project.

These programs help benefit a local charity that provides many worthwhile services for the Austin area and its residents.
