No charges have been filed, but several male suspects, who live in the apartment have been questioned by police. They range in age from 17 to 27.
According to the police report, the victim told investigators she and another teenage female were walking in the near northeast side of Austin Monday afternoon, when a black vehicle stopped and asked the girls if they wanted a ride.
The victim's friend said she was "tired" and the girls got into the car with the man. The vehicle stopped to pick up two more men and went to a northeast apartment.
There, the victim said the occupants refused to allow them to leave and she was forced to have sex with five males.
Also, the report states the girls spent the night at the residence before three of the men drove them to their homes when they left for work Tuesday morning.
The police report further stated only one of the teenagers was forced to have sexual intercourse with the men.
All of the men questioned deny the girls' stories.
The matter remains under investigation, according to Police Chief Paul M. Philipp.
