The second half of the Southeast Conference season started on the wrong foot for Grand Meadow's volleyball team, who lost a 3-0 decision to visiting Glenville-Emmons Monday night.

Alisa Rayman led the Wolverines with four kills as Glenville-Emmons pulled out the 17-15, 15-2, 15-6 victory at Grand Meadow. Kelly Yost added three kills for G-E.

Rochelle Davis and Cassie Denisen led the Superlarks (2-11, 1-7) with three kills apiece. Sarah Holm distributed seven assists in the loss.

Grand Meadow's next match is Thursday at Lanesboro.
