There's no doubt in anyone's mind what Dusty Delaney loves. From the greeting on her front door, to the oinking clocks in her house, Delaney's all time favorite animal is the pig.

"My maiden name is Grice and on the coat of arms for my family is written little pig on the bottom in German, and on the top is God's promise. Pigs are considered a sacred animal in Germany," said Delaney.

Delaney has been collecting pigs for years. She began her vast collection with a salt and pepper shaker of a mama and suckling pig. She now has so many salt and pepper pigs that she doesn't even know how

many. She does know how many pig magnets are on her refrigerator, and that is 65.

"People know what to give me for gifts, pigs of course. I sleep with

a stuffed pig at the foot of my bed. I have him as my center piece on my dining room table during the day," Delaney said, pointing out a large plush pig with a life like face.

On the chairs surrounding the table sit other stuffed pigs.

On the floor in rows are ceramic pigs and her large dog, Squirt knows how to walk around the house without knocking any of her prize possessions over. She doesn't name any of her pigs and she doesn't care to eat pork. She does love to go to farms to visit pigs.

"I just love pigs.

I have a ball when I go visit my friends that raise pigs. I visit the pigs at the fair and usually go to the Barrow Show, but I was too busy this year,&uot; said Delaney.

With all the ceramic pigs and her vast collection of salt and pepper shakers, Delaney dusts often but it is no bother to her. She says her pigs have brought her good luck and she is always looking for more. She goes to discount stores and rummage sales.

"Wal Mart is a good place to get pigs. I can't have too many," said Delaney.
