Weyerhaeuser's Austin plant superintendent Sterling Brody speaks to second shift workers Thursday night during a dinner in celebration of earning the Minnesota Safety Council's Governor's Safety Award. The plant also just reached one million work hours without an injury that required an employee to miss work time. The containerboard packaging facility located in northeast Austin employs 156 people.
