A man from Ames, Mass. has filed a complaint with the Austin Police Department, claiming to be a victim of Internet fraud by an Austin resident.

According to police reports, the Ames, Mass. man purchased a rare Magic: The Gathering card for $107.50. from the Austin resident through the Internet auction site, eBay.

However, the man claims Austin resident sent him three Magic: The Gathering cards worth only $3 to $4 a piece, instead.

No charges have been filed at this time.
