Speaker of the house Steve Sviggum talks about education budget issues Saturday afternoon during a legislative forum held at the Austin Country Club. The breakfast and forum was a collborative effort of the Austin Area Chamber of Commerce and the Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce. Also participating in the fourm, which addressed issues including health care, transportation and the budget, were Sen. Grace Schwab, Rep. Rob Leighton, Rep. Dan Dorman and Commissioner of Revenue Matt Smith.
