Sgt. 1st Class Todd Bergland says Armed Forces veterans should be represented in the Independence Day parade during Austin’s SPAMTOWN USA Festival. The Minnesota Army National Guard recruiter and retention officer is helping organize the role of World War II, Korean and Vietnam War veterans in the July 4 parade.
