Austin Police Department K-9 handler Rene Phan leads his new partner, Joker, in a bite exercise Tuesday at the Law Enforcement Center. The media event was held to introduce the two new handlers, Phan and Kurt Zehnder, and their partners, Joker and Kutter to the community.
