Kevin Torgerson, bugler, is an Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department member of the Minnesota Law Enforcement Memorial Association. Torgerson played "Taps" after the Honor Guard fired a three-round volley to salute the fallen officers at Friday’s Austin-Mower County Law Enforcement Memorial dedication.
