Joe Van Ryn proclaims himself king of the hill, but not for long, as older brother Collin prepares to dethrone him from atop a high mound of snow in the St. Augustine-St. Edward School parking lot in Austin Monday afternoon. The snow is expected to stay around the area for a little longer as temperatures remain around or below the freezing point.
