A hearing scheduled for today in the case of Angelito Doroteo Munoz has been postponed.

Munoz, 21, was indicted by a grand jury in early July on first- and second-degree murder charges. He was to appear in court at 4:30 p.m. today.

But that hearing has been put on hold until all of the witness transcripts are translated into Spanish.

"The witness transcripts are taking longer than usual," said Mower County Attorney Patrick Oman in July, a statement that still holds today.

Munoz is accused of stabbing Jose Luis Castillo to death on June 13 outside Castillo’s Austin rental home.
