Rocky Hulne has been the Austin Daily Herald's sports editor since September 2007. He moved to Austin after a one-year stint of covering sports in Pierre, S.D. Before that he worked at a weekly paper in Durand, Wis. Rocky graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where he got a chance to cover the Kansas City Chiefs' training camp one summer. Rocky is originally from North Dakota, but went to high school in Shell Lake, Wis.
